Babasaheb’s Death Anniversary Observed:

Late Shri Babasaheb Deshmukh’s death anniversary was observed here on 16^th August. All the board members and office bearers of SSM offered their wreath at Chaitanya Sthal. His memories and established ideals that still keep guiding us today were recalled. On this occasion cash prizes were distributed to winning teams of Kabbadi Tournament held every year in memory of Babasaheb.

First Cash Prize of Rupees 1051 and a Trophy was bagged by Jai Malhar Team. Second winner was Birsamunda Team that was honoured with a cash prize of Rupees 551 and a Trophy.

Janta Garage Team stood  at the third position rewarded with Rupees 251 and a Trophy. Best Raider Satish Chnnamwar was given a cash prize of Rupees 251 whereas best Defender Mallesh Ghurke was also honoured with an equal amount.
